Chetan filed complaint against Samsung India on Aug 5, 2021
I have purchased a handset bearing model no - SM***FZBDINS on **/**/****. On **/**/**** i submitted the handset to MAA VAISHNAVI e SERVICES Pvt.Ltd.(MVESPL) for accidental repair,after a long span of ** days i received the handset but soon i came to know that phone's CAMERA is not working and BACKGLASS is not pasted properly.This i conveyed to them, they updated the software(which they should have been doing at the time of repair), pasted the backglass and returned the handset after * days {no job sheet was given to me , so i have no record }.Then almost after one week its screen starts blinking and gradually the screen became dead (no light) so i again went back to MVESPL .This time they repaired it in *days but no official record (no job sheet opened).
On **/****** , when i need to connect the handset with charger, it was not charging so i visited MVESPL service center.They changed the charging jack and motherboard.
At the time of collection of handset on **/**/**** i found phone's body was bent and it was clearly visible (even i was not able to fix the screen guard because of the bend )
For this again they kept the handset for * more days ( again no job sheet so no official record).On **/**/****,at the time of receiving i enquired , how the bending problem is resolved? Is any spares of phone were replaced or repaired? but they replied in terse statement "sir, ab phone theek hai na"( sir, now the phone is perfect).
After a few days, its charging again stopped,so on **/**/**** i again visited service centre (i.e. MVESPL). This time they sited the reason that due to moisture (waterlogging) charging jack is malfunctioning and suggested to replace it ( out of warranty). I agree to pay for charging jack , but they found that other two spares of phone also malfunctioning.
( phone was not water logged at all if it was due to the outside moisture then why other two parts are also malfunctioned? why screen and all other parts has no issues with water logging?.) They deviated me by siting false cooked and fabricated reasons so as to conceal their own faults in repairing.
Now ,after one day ,on **/**/**** the handset is still not charging ( same problem persists again)
I am highly pissed of by samsung's pathetic services and treacherous conduct.Till now i have spent almost double the money of its purchase invoice value.The whole purpose of owing a smartphone gets defeated as i puchased it for online coaching and study purposes.I also suffered on account of losing my precious data and time again and again..
kindly refund my( all money spent till date) money ASAP( Collect this handset with its original charger and box.). These circumstances will compell me to take some stringent steps as per prevailing laws.
