I placed an order with Wishcare and am currently unable to cancel it. The company's website is missing a crucial cancellation feature, and all attempts to contact customer service have failed, including an unresponsive WhatsApp bot. I need to cancel the order before it ships, as I understand this will be impossible afterward. It's concerning that a company would operate without a clear way for customers to manage their orders.
