Hi,

I have booked the tirupathi travelling package on **-**-****. After booking , they send me the ticket mentioning date as **-**-****.

Nobody called me till the evening of an **-**-**** about confirmation of my travel. I called them not even * or * times. i called them around ** times , then finally somebody picked up the call said , sir you will be getting driver details in another ** mins.

No details sent to me. I called them again, some body told finally that the date you mentioned for travel is not correct which is **-** which is already gone.

Ooh, then i realized that i should have chosen **-** and somehow due to bug in the website , it allows to choose past date or current date as booking date.

I talked to guy, he told sir, we can change your travel date as **-**-**** and send you new ticket. Since there is no availability on **-**-****.

I said OK. Please send me the new ticket, guy told new ticket will be sent in another ** mins. But till the evening of **-**-****, I have not received new ticket.

No body picking up the calls. I would have called around ** times. But no one responded.

It is frustrating that how come anyone can run the business like this, provided online transaction enabled.

How the website can be enabled in the internet?
when there is not enough customer support or customer care.

My advise is to ban this website, so that no customers will have impact due to not having support.
