I am writing to report an unresolved issue regarding a deposit made on **/**/**** at **:**, which has not yet been credited to my Dafabet wallet.

I have already contacted both my bank and Google Pay customer care, and they have confirmed that the payment has been successfully credited to the merchant account. However, the funds are still not reflected in my Dafabet wallet.
Despite multiple follow-ups through chat and previous emails, I have not received any resolution or update. I kindly request you to urgently investigate this matter and provide me with the current status of my deposit. Please let me know if you require any additional documents or proof of transaction from my side to resolve this quickly.
