Nishad tractor Mahindra and Mahindra - Advance booking amount not refunded by Mahindra Authorised Seller

Hi Team,

I am Abhishek Singh from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. I booked a Mahindra tractor from Nishad tractor Mahindra and Mahindra, katghar Chauraha Khajni, Gorakhpur ,contact +** ***** ***** (Mahindra Arjun ultra-* *** Di MS ) on **/**/****. We paid Rs ***** as the booking amount.After delaying the delivery date(**th March)they called us for delivery on **st March but we noticed that the manufacturing of the tractor was **/****. But as we told them for the **** model when we booked it and they promised us the same. we are buying a tractor in **** so we need the latest model, why should I compromise with **** model. Now they are saying that Company is not supplying a **** model in the whole Uttar Pradesh. But we were in contact with one of the Mahindra agency in Gorakhpur and they are providing the same tractor of **** model in same amount .We asked Nishad agency to refund the amount or provide us a **** model tractor but they are not ready to comply with any of the above.

Update: After numerous call they gave ***** refund on **/**/**** after around (***days).
Now ***** still left but again same issue dealer is not receiving my calls. I have raised this issue with customer support again on *rd August **** but there is no resolution provided by them as of now and they are saying to sort it out with dealer they can't help in this matter.
