I ordered a slim fir jeans" Women's-Rachel slim fit" of size 34 after going through the yepme website. .(Order place date:21 october,2017, Date of receiving: 1 Nov,2017)
Got the order on Nov 1, 2017 and to my Shock and disappointment, found it to be a men's denim instaed of women's jeans. I tried to reach the customer support of yepme, i was made to be hold on 1 hour to have a talk with executive but couldn;t manage to talk as nobody came on-line.
Out of frustation i disconneted the call and dropped a mail on support website(refund-yepme.com), no revert came.
After dropping them several mails and making nu,merous calls , after a month a revert mail came through them in which they asked me to share the snapshots of product along with invoice slip(GATI-Express)and i did.
After a week, they commited to arrange the reverse-pickup and finallly after a frthe product was taken back by DTDC(), . Now the current status shows that the product has reached the re-seller successfully , but stiil these poeple didn't intiated the refund, I again tried to call , nobody customer care, again
( complaint number 3049024) your every attempt to talk with them will be disappointment), I dropped a mail again stating hte prooof of purchase also, but the have closed my case without giving me a single proof of my refund, They are big gamblers and scammers playing with hard earned money of customers and if you check , you will see lots of complaints being lodged under "Yepme" and they have pathetic reputation in market.
Every effort of yours to contact the customer care won't work as they won't pick any call.
Following this case form month on november.
