Hi Team
I availed service from one of your salon on **th August ****, services were
*. Root touch up
*. Global hair highlights.
Concern I have:
*. Root touch up: I use majirel color which they didn't have in stock and insisted me to take inoa which is expensive then majirel. Also they charged me for one extra tube, although they didn't use anything extra they mixed it but didn't used when I raised same as concern manager and staff said we mixed thought it was not used but we mixed and color got activated.
Also few hair strand were still white I went again to salon on **th August and told them they said it's just one strand and it do get missed as we are humans.
*. I asked for global highlights which was so light that no one can make out that I got highlights, I raised same to salon hair stylists he said it's good I am not able to see but people can. On trusting the stylist I left but in party all my frd said same and next day I called salon and ask them to lighten streaks color. I asked manager if that can be done as I don't want * colors in my head. He assured me for correction , I went the stylist re did only Crown part now went I tie hair my head has * colors : my global color, light front streaks and dark back streaks. When I said I m and satisfied to manager he said we can't re do again but I didn't pay * thousand for this disaster hair. I am getting that corrected today from local salon
Manager claimed that we are best branch in Ylg I have been to ylg Brookfield branch from * years never had that experience. Moreover the staff was bitching about Ylg Brookfield saying they are un trained and my last look was pathetic and very shriek etc.
It was really worst experience of my life, I was too much frustrated and unsatisfied.
I really wanted to reach consumer care but thought to contact you guys first.
