We have bought a sofa from Pepperfry.com and they also follow a very bad formule that once after placing the order customer cannot cancel it. I understand that they sell heavy items (Furnitures) which cannot be canceled once it is shipped, atleast they should give the flexibility to customers that they can change or cancel the order until it shipped. Coming to my concern, I bought a sofa for Rs 17479 /- on March 2017 and within three months the sofa had started giving so much spring sounds and both the ends of sofa had lost its spring action where people will get hurt badly from the inside wood. I raised a complaint 3 months before and they sent a carpenter who said that this issue cannot be resolved and cannot be replaced too where the product covers 12 months warranty.
New people who are coming home are getting hurted by this sofa everytime when they sit on it.
Please help me in resolving this issue.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
