Complaint filed against: Quikr
This is for quikr ad ID : 297749888 which i posted for Rs 700 and was sold via Quikr Doorstep. The buyer had already paid Rs.763 to quikr where Rs. 63 was charged convenience fee. Now the product was picked from me and then delivered to buyer on 7sep17.
However the quikr team is clearly lying that it has not been delivered and its in transit, so they cannot initiate the transfer to me. I have personally checked with the buyer that product was delivered on 7th sep. And also it shows on their app that delivery schedule completed on 7th.
But somehow they are lying ans holding my money. This is also after they are deducting Rs 70 as convenience charge from me as well.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase
