Recharge successful but amount not benefitted Open

On 29th August, i made a recharge on paytm of 250 for my airtel mobile & it was successful but I didn't got the balance. The airtel customer executive is telling that it is a third party app so we can't say anything, I even shared the operator reference id but they are saying its a third party app. Now paytm is not giving me the money back.
