Quikr Not Honoring 6 months warranty Open

On 6.6.2017, I went to quikr.com after clicking one of quikr google ads while searching for certified iphone 5
on google.com. I finalized a certified iphone 5 and made payment. Order ID =10243702. It came with 6 months onsite repair warranty. Within few days of using iphone, I noticed following issues:
that iphone screen does not register clicks properly, apps re-start on their own, iphone makes calls automatically and when letters are type they are typed incorrectly. Many times screen is touched and nothing happens which caused my client to tap multiple times to do any tasks. These issues happen frequently when charger is connected.
I tried to search solutions online and found that this is due to hardware issue in iphone display. I asked quikr for repair and they referred onsite.co.in.
Phone was picked up by onsite.co.in in few days. Few days later they updated me that iphone imei on software matches with that of invoice but hardware has different imei. I was shocked as I considered quikr to very trustworthy. Due to this discrepancy in imei, onsite.co.in asked for new invoice with correct imei. My local itunes backup shows same imei as that of invoice of quikr.com

Quikr has refused to give me correct invoice after multiple request and denied to repair or replace the phone. All Evidence are attached.
Either quikr must refund my payment or repair iphone asap . This is suppose to be a certified iphone so I should not have to deal with so many issues. Quikr must also give compensation for harassment and torture for creating multiple obstacles and repeated phone calls leading to wastage of time and effort.
Kindly work on this on urgent basis.
