Provided defected piece of Lenovo vibe K5 note Open

I have taken new Lenovo mobile phone on 4th Aug 2017 and it is getting full charge in 5 mins and again battery goes down to 0% in 5 mins. I requested to Lenovo service to provide me replacement of the product but they denied it. Lenovo service center kept my cell 5 days with him for repairing but still the same issue. I want my money return or replacement of this defected phone.
