Phone not repaired properly after submiting 5 times to service center Open

myself harsh gandhi. i have complaint regarding samsung company and gaytri entreprice[Service center of samsung].i am using samsung galaxy j7 prime .my story is that i submitted my phone on 22/08/2017 with the problem of dot on screen. mow on 23/08/2017 when i got messeage from service center that your phone has been repaired now when i visited service center i was told that your phone is not repaired kindley come tommorow. when i got phone back it was have same problem as well as charging was also not get properly. than for same problem i submited phone more 3times on 22/08/2017, 24/08/2017,01/09/2017. now when i went to service center 29/08/2017 the phone was in same condition so i complained to headquters about the issue but they didn't give proper responce. now the phone was repaired and given to me in 10 min. when i asked for reason they told me that wrong model screw was inserted in my device so problem again arrived. now on 1/09/2017 my phone is totally dead and now i am helpless. i have not got my phone from 3weeks from service center and now headquters are also not replying my phone is stuck between me and samsung please help..i want full refund for it because the phone is having manufacturing defect.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
