Phone in service center for more than 2 months Open

I got a LEECO Le2 max as a present and truly it was an amazing phone, after 8 months or so its speaker suddenly stopped working, as i was in bangalore for a month at that time I went to there service centre:
1) First they refused to open the phone saying there is moisture damage by clicking a photo of phone(without opening) and by zooming into the charging port and saying that green spot is moisture. I was truly amazed, I didn't knew that LeTV was so advanced that just by clicking a photograph they can see moisture that too from an ordinary phone. But post a little argument they agreed to open it and show the moisture damage in the board and to there surprises there was none and my phone was taken for repair under warranty.
2) Since then I have been calling each week to the service center asking them when it will get repaired and till now they have been unable to give it back.
It has been more than 2 months and they didn't even provided me with a spare phone, In the end I had to buy a new phone worth Rs 12000 as I have lost all hope of my returning from service center
