Paytm not cancelling my bus ticket Open

On 10jan i booked a bus ticket from pune to goa via Paytm. There was some glitch with the site, i was booking for 27jan 12:35am, but it got booked for 26jan 12:35am, i reported this glitch to paytm cc with proper screenshots. To which paytm mailed me that they will fix the issue of journey time difference and will give update within 24hrs. But after that neither the ticket which i have booked is getting cancelled nor the paytm cc is replying me(neither on mail [18jan and 25jan] nor on phone).
Attached is the mail chain.
The bus ticket is for today's night (26jan 00:35) and i will not board that bus, so who will be responsible for my money.
