i have tried to book 2 jiophone via online in 24-Aug-2017 but the transaction has failed and rs 1000 has been deducted from my account and have not been received yet.according to them i must receive my money within 3 to 10 days please see attachment of transaction of deduction.i have done everything they(jiocare) said but nothing happened .please do needful action so that i receive my money as soon as possible.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
