Overcharge of Toll by Uber Open

I took an Uber trip on 2nd Jan 2018 at 1:10 PM in Bangalore for which the Driver asked me to pay the Toll. He stopped the car near the toll and asked me to pay because he did not have money. Uber has now overcharged me twice for the same, on the receipt as 105 and I paid separately 95 (toll invoice attached). I have repeatedly told Uber Customer Support the same but they did not even refund me the amount. Now, they aren't even responding to my questions on the same and closing the ticket without even taking action. Sensibly, can someone really tell the Driver to stop on a Highway and not pay Toll when one is in hurry? Why does a company like Uber this unsupportive to a customer?
