Odoo - ODOO Subscription scam

A customer service agent from ODOO(open erp sOURCE PROVIDER) named KENNETH KAINZER, called me to offer his solutions. enticed me by giving promises and offers.
When I confirmed for an Initial One Month Initial Subscription, he sent me a link to pay. He said that it is a One Time Deal and He will call me for an Annual Subscription once the initial trial period is completed...
When the * month trial period was over, without getting my approval or consesnt for renewal, He raised a bill on his own wish - which was fake and the company deducted rather stealed Money from my credit card. When I asked to fix this, He apologised for his mistake - and said that unfortunaltely he cannot give refund. And I need to contact the Head Office at Belgium
this odoo erp source is an online scam to sell open source ERP Software
