I have purchased a Whirlpool washing machine on ** jan **** it was delivered after * days then I have seen the product it was like already used and the brand logo is missing. I have put a return request after * days of delivery. The product is not pick from my place it took almost * weeks to pick the product from my door steps. On **th feb it was picked and after that I observed that the motor warranty for **years is not there which I have seen while purchasing the product i asked the same thing with customer care they are saying it was not there while purchasing we have checked so I asked them to replace it with same model same brand which is there with ** years warrenty so they are saying it will not happen you should have cross verified with the company website. I said boss if I use company website what the hell are you guys for and I also requested couple of things to provide ** years motor warranty or to replace it with another one which has warranty and I will pay the extra amount. They said you have purchased it then you should use it even though you like it or not indirectly i had conversation through phone call and my previous transactions are also not been noted what was discussed earlier. Now the product is out for delivery and it will reach today. When ever I call and discuss this issue they are denying my concern directly. I requested them to cancel and refund back the amount if it is not replaced.
