No refund Open

Complaint filed against: PayTM
I shopped from paytm on june 12,2017 'I purchase 5 products worth rs 1566 overall, but the very next day I cancelled two products worth rs 732..
Paytm displays a message saying rs has been refunded to the bank I shopped with whereas I didn't get any amount , its been 8 days now..
I called customer care number but they have no calliing service, then i worte a mail to help me,, but got reply that we will update it soon..
AFter some days (today), I called my bank customer care they said no transaction from paytm has been initiated and if they are saying so then ask them to tell transction id.
I mailed them again but they not even responded.
I am facing too much problems and wasting my precious time too..
Please help me as soon as possible , how to get my hard earned money back
