Mismanagement by Jet airways Open

Complaint filed against: Jet Airways
We booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Hyderabad Jet airways 3am flight. There was no prior written confirmation from jet airways about departure terminal.
Due to that we reached some another terminal and came to know flight will department from terminal 2.
Soon we rushed to terminal 2 and reached there at 2.30 am. Flight was at 3am, and it was clearly mentioned on ticket that gate will close before 25mins.
Inshort we were right time, and since we have already web checked in, we just wanted to show mobile boarding pass.
Reception people refused to accept e pass, and asked us to print over machine. We tried, but system showed that gates is closed unable to print. It was 2.35am, we requested staff to please co operate with us, and give us boarding print they refused saying that gate is closed. Although we asked security and they suggested us gate is still open you just need print. E-pass is not allowed. Security asked us to bring print and we will allow you to go as there was gate still open.
Even after requesting, reception staff did not co operate with us. When asked for optional way they suggested to reschedule flight or re book some another ticket.
This was not expected from jet airways, and in the end because of careless ness from staff we could not board the flight.
We re booked tickets for 1pm flight , this time we reached way before time and noticed that gate was still not open at 12.40 PM. They finally announced flight is delayed by half an hour. Same service line who showed us How professional and punctual they are last night, was late. Lack of mis management, lack of customer attention.
Because of this we had to re book tickets and cost of 12k for 2 tickets.
I have travelled frequently with indigo, this was never happened with me. And staff was always supportive.
I expect refund of loss 12k due to jet airways mismanagement
