Complaint filed against: Airtel DTH
I purchased a pack of 220 rs and included a 65 rs pack and one more 3 rs pack 15 rs late recharge fee total was 303 rs I paid 305 rs still I used the service only 20 days now Airtel customer service agent asked me that 2 more packs are also activated. While the retailer already told them to deactivate all other packs. But now the agent saying " sir these packs are still in service" now agent saying they can't do anything I must have to pay for that. They stopped my service.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase
