Complaint filed against: KFC
Sir On 28 November 2017 at 3.10 PM I ordered chicken worth rs 169 from kfc.
My transaction ID is C1711281510298435662304. And my order ID is SF28C8898D281117151021.
I paid through phone pe wallet.My amount was deducted but not received by KFC officials.They told me that amount will credited within 24hr.When I enquire to phone pe wallet customer care they told me amount were deducted and goes to merchant wallet.And till now I send several complaint to KFC but they only received my complaint they didnt reply till now.They have lost their prestige and Goodwill.Sir plzz help me to give my money back.
