Incorrect Entry Bands Delivered By Book My Show Open

Had the worst customer experience with Book My Show India (BMS). I booked tickets for VH1 Supersonic on Jan 20th and they sent me the wrong entry bands, which I found out when I was denied entry to the festival in Pune with the BMS bands that had been home delivered to me. Despite repeated attempts, no one from BMS helped me. I asked if I could get my tickets refunded and buy new ones from the Box Office at VH1 but they didn't even allow that to happen. I missed the only band I wanted to attend and had travelled all the way from Delhi to Pune for. I was standing outside the ticket counter at VH1 for 2 hrs with no solution or redressal provided to me. I had booked 2 tickets (both 3-day passes) worth 9,300/- bucks! Even after paying so much, BMS refused to help in any way. Terrible customer care agents and management! THE WORST!
