Harassment and Excessive Bills Open

Complaint filed against: Vodafone
They have constantly added value added services for the last 6 months, despite calling them close to 20 times over the period. Finally, I had to switch to a better network which does not harass me. It not even about the money anymore, it's about how they treated me. I paid the bills and did even get anything in return. Paid the full bills because they threatened to close my number if I don't. I have had countless email conversations with them telling them that I don't want any value added services and I just wanted a normal connection with "do not disturb" services. They just wouldn't listen and I paid the bills for 6 months after which I was fed up and shifted to Airtel. Now they are asking me to pay the bill due to the delay on their side for not porting me to Airtel sooner. They are also adding 180 Rs as the additional amount I need to pay for the value added services as well.
Attached are the bills and if they can see through their records, they would find me impatient with their customer support. Not a good thing but it feels like they liked it from the inside. I will post the email conversations here as well.
Also, now they threatened that if I don't pay the bill for the half month which was a delay on their side they would close my number which would bring my life to a halt because everything in my life is linked to that phone and I am really scared. I don't know how much power they exercise over this, but I need to acknowledge their mistake and pay me the money they owe me rather than asking me for it. I have been faithful Vodafone customer for over 18 months giving them time to fix this but since they couldn't I had to move on. Please let me have closure and leave me alone.
