I miss vinnia Pilar had purchased Videocon challenger TV on **.**.****. My tv suddenly blackout within * months. I went to the dealer about the tv. He said he'll contact the service and send to pick. After wards they.told that the screen of tv went and it will take time. The dealer dint entertain us when went to and he said its nun of his business to tv. U directly contact the service centre who has taken ur tv. Now we when to service centre again and again but they are saying * week * week. And finally they said he can't be repaired. They are jus waiting the warranty to finish. It's already now * month the tv is with them. And no one is ready to exchange or even give the half rate.
