Fake product delivered Open

Sir / Madam,
I have purchased 2 speakers on different orders from a online site (Gingershop.co) which they published as 100% genuine product imported from USA selling on 81% discount with 1 year warranty. Lastweek I received completely cheap and duplicate product with damages of the same via cash on delivery where the courier person refuse to open the box before paying the money. They picked up my call after that and told it can be returned and refund will be done after their customer care executive verifies the picture and details of the product I receive via email. I send him email with all required details yesterday.
This week I tried calling them as there is no response via email or phone to check the status and phone number is ringing but no one picks up . Can you please advise how I can go forward with this. What if return is not initiated (as the time frame ends in 7 days- Tomorrow) from their side and refund doesn't happen. Please advise. it is clear case of cheating.
They are using original product photos of Bose Usa and Original specification on site to sell this product.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
