On 10 of august 2017 i was trying to update my season ticket from UTS app through Paytm gateway ,but there was 3 failed transaction and i have already informed my concern to them but there is no satifying reply from both of them and i have already provided necessary documents but always same reply wait for update , the amount is little but people like me are facing inconvinience what about the people who are illiterate there is cost involved in everything so i would like you to help me forward a complaint
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
