Complaint filed against: life insurance of india , godhra branch
i had deposited two cheques of ours due premium through lic agent, unfortunately i had forgotten to sign on it.I received call from lic godhra branch to sign for one cheque only on it,thanks for calling.I visited lic branch office & signed on axis bank cheque. I requested to staff to check my second cheque of HDFC bank which was unsigned. Any staff member replied me directly that it is signed without any cross checking. so I left office. after few days I was informed by LIC godhra that hdfc cheque is returned & i have to pay 125/- rs. extra as bank charges.Thus because of negligency of staff I have to pay 125/-rs, which is loss to me. I request to refund this amount earliest.
