I purchased 10gm gold from Paytm and its available in Paytm digital gold locker but as i trying to sell this gold its not processing at all. I have tried all the option like logged out and logged in again. I tried it on mobile app and mobile browser as well but still i am unable to sell it. I called and email to paytm customer care lots of time but they are unable to resolve my problem. I am sharing screenshots of email correspondence with paytm guys and paytm account picture at the time of selling gold. I wish you guys will help me out otherwise i didn't get any response from Paytm side.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
