Dell laptop hard drive changed from 1tb to 500gb Open

We have purchased a dell laptop last year from paytm. Laptop is under warranty but the hard disk and motherboard crashed. Dell team visited to my house to replace and they found hard drive is of 500gb instead of 1 TB. Dell said your seller replaced the HDD therefore warranty expired.
However Paytm issued the bill for 500GB only and Dell is saying we issued 1 TB with this product. Therefore this clearly states Paytm replaced it. Also Dell given us written confirmation that Laptop issued with 1TB. Now I got to know that how paytm giving discount by replacing the parts of the products.
Now paytm is not resolving from the last 10 days. Worse part there is no number to contact to customer care and they are not reverting on the mail.

Please help and suggest next steps for me.
