Defective laptop Open

Complaint filed against: Dell
I bought a laptop from compuindia (dell online sale partner) and received in evening of 28 April 2017 but it was defective (distortion in sound), I reported the issue in morning of 29 April 2017, as per policy of compuindia, if defect is reported within 48 hours system will be replaced but they denied to replace the system saying that follow up with dell technical team and they will resolve the issue or replace it.
Now after 4 months of regular follow up with dell technical support team after providing system on remote multiple times, updating drivers and BIOS twice, reinstalling operating system twice and changing mother board the problem is not resolved, now Arif khan and his supervisor are asking me to take laptop to service center other than that they can not help any further.
I have paid for onsite warranty but still after four months for follow up, i am asked to take the system to service center instead of getting a replacement.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
