Defective Goods Supplied - Refusal to Replace/Return Open

I had purchased Saregama Carvaan Digital Music Player (Porcelain White ) from PAYTM vide Order No. 3758567783 on 2.09.2017. The same was delivered on 04.09.2017. To my dismay the same was defective. When I tried to to return/replace the same, the PAYTM App says this option is temporarily unavailable. The customer care telephone no. does not work and writing to them gives no satisfactory response.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
