The mail I sent to sbicard.com on 20.01.2018, but no response has been received.
Dear Sir/ Madam
This refers to my earlier correspondence on redemption of my SBI card reward point which subsequently responded by you with Interaction Id- 1-27300633036. I have already returned the damaged parcel to the company following all the instructions given by them. But, in stead of resending a well conditioned item, they informed me that my reward points have been refunded.
But, my account is not showing the refunded points. Please let me know about it.
Secondly it is not clear who will refund the redemption charges spent from my account. Please ensure that the charge is refunded to me.
However, instead of refunding the reward points and redemption charge, I would like to request you to send a fresh item I requested earlier.
