Confirmed hotel booking rejected after confirmation Open

Complaint filed against: Goibibo
I have made booking for hotel reservation through goibibo on 3rd august for ram Ganga resort corbett, where I have paid complete amount 19960 to goibibo and I got my booking confirmation but on 20th august I got a message from go ibibo this booking is rejected by hotel as there no tie ups between goibibo and hotel & they promised to resolve this issue with in 24 hours but after so many chaser we have no resolution. I want my compensation for this booking as they spoiled my holidays and very unreliable staff and organisation where customer is suffering. I want some strict actions against them.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
