Charged for No Cost Emi Open

case 1 : i was looking for a tv in dec 29, 2017. amazon came with no cost emi fest. i selected the tv detailed below.
panasonic 100 cm (40 inches) viera th-40e400d full hd led tv (black)
sold by: cloudtail india private limited
after adding product into cart, as i never taken any emi with amazon, i tried to confirm this with customer care. they confirmed me that the product you have added into cart is completely applicable for the "no cost emi" offer.
case 2: after ordering the product with emil option. i called amazon customer care just to confirm my transation was properly charged on not. as it was not a small amount for me.
they confirmed me, yes, you had made the proper way and you will definately going to get the offer.
case3 : i got a message from my credit card team, thay you are going to charge for your transation with such amount, when product was in shipping mode.
283 rs.+ gst (1/12) installment.
total 2280rs. in 12 emi.
i instantly contacted amazon customer care that why i have been charged.
first cusomer care listen my issue and forwared my call to another team by saying that large appliances deal with separate team.
a lady customer care listen my complete issue and after tracking somethign , she told that you were informed wrong and in such case if you charged extra. amazon will refund you. you have to send your card statement e-copy and product details on a mail which they will send to me with all such complaint details.
they didn't sent me any mail till yet.
case 4: today when i received my statement bill, i contacted customer care on amazon. and explained same story again to customer care executive. he directory denied me that such offer was not available on site during last december. he asked me to provide the screenshot and the links for the offer. after providing the records he denied that such payment cannot be return to me.
i am not asking for the product complaint, my simple request was, no cost emi should me no cost emi, they how you can charge with the same..
i really feel cheated.
