Amount not reflecting in credit card Open

Complaint filed against: ICICI Bank Limited
Myntra initiated a refund of 1329.69/- on 16th May 2017 under bank reference no. 713500104456 for cancelling one item of order No. 1046059-2831309-1101001 placed on May 7,2017.
However, 9 months have passed since and I have not yet received the amount to my credit card even after several follow-ups with the Myntra and ICICI bank customer support team.
ICICI bank asked me to fill up the customer dispute form and promised a resolution within 3 months but only to disappoint me.
Myntra has refunded the amount but it is not reflecting in my account.
